Our attorneys, Ted Glotfelty and Jessica Reilly, created Glotfelty PLLC with a shared mission of strengthening nonprofits and the communities they serve through practical, proactive, and mission-focused legal counsel.

Ted and Jessica first met while working at the U.S. AbilityOne Commission Office of the Inspector General – where Ted served as the head of investigations and Jessica worked as an investigative attorney – leading fraud investigations across the government. Our shared experience as attorney investigators taught us that even well-intentioned organizations can struggle to navigate complex, constantly evolving legal and compliance demands. AbilityOne nonprofits often lacked access to affordable, specialized legal support tailored to the Program’s unique risks and obligations. We created Glotfelty PLLC to fill that critical gap.

We are proud to be the only law firm with a primary focus dedicated to the AbilityOne Program. We continue to share a deep passion for the AbilityOne community and its mission of improving the lives of Americans who are blind or who have significant disabilities through meaningful employment. From that work and advocacy, we became enmeshed in the broader Virginia and D.C. nonprofit community and developed a passion and desire to support organizations who advance the public good.
