Former AbilityOne Attorneys and Federal Investigators now serving the nonprofit community
OUR PRACTICE AREAS
Nonprofit Corporate Governance
AbilityOne Program
From bylaws, entity formation and restructuring, fiduciary guidance, conflicts, compensation, gift acceptance, and whistleblower programs, we help our clients build strong nonprofit governance, compliance, and operational frameworks needed to remain resilient, mission-focused, and well positioned for long-term success.
We are proud to be the only law firm with a primary focus on the AbilityOne Program and its participating nonprofits. Our attorneys combine deep knowledge of federal procurement law with firsthand experience in the AbilityOne community. Our firm provides practical, proactive, and cost-effective legal counsel to help AbilityOne nonprofits navigate this specialized landscape with clarity and make informed strategic decisions for long-term success.
False Claims Act and Gov't Enforcement Defense
When civil or criminal enforcement actions arise, we provide strategic support at every stage. We assist clients with responding to civil investigative demands (CIDs), administrative and grand jury subpoenas, strategy for preserving legal defenses, and preparation for interviews, depositions, and investigative meetings.
Internal Investigations
Our attorneys are also former federal investigators who have led and supported complex investigations in the public and private sectors. Trained at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) and within multiple federal Offices of the Inspector General, we bring first-hand experience conducting internal and federal investigations that meet federal quality, evidentiary, and procedural standards.
